Health and Safety Policy

The health and safety policy stems from commitment, experience and management skills of the top management, technical workers and employees whose activities affect health and safety conditions.

IRCR Manufacturing s.r.o. develops general awareness to all of its employees of the fact that all processes, activities and products effect their health and safety at work.

In terms of health and safety policy, IRCR Manufacturing s.r.o. Uničov undertakes:

• to observe valid provisions of all legal regulations (acts, directives, instructions) related to health and safety
• to seek and assess risks with regard to risks hazardous to employees' life and health, to define necessary provisions to minimize work and health risks
• through the management to support communication without barriers and implement health and safety as an equal and integral part of employees' work tasks
• perform systematic monitoring of health and safety management, to assess and document acquired data and to secure immediate correction of ascertained deviations and possible discrepancies
• on selection and purchase of production devices, technical equipment and technologies, to consider their effectiveness in accordance with securing the tasks in the field of risk prevention, with the objective to reduce exposure to risks on the worksite
• to use a complex employee training system to increase the level of health and safety knowledge and develop awareness amongst all employees of the risks including the responsibility for their own safety
• to cooperate with relevant public authorities in the field of health and safety at work and the safety of technical equipment
• to evaluate the results of the health and safety policy requirements on a regular basis, to use the results for its updating and to search for further possible improvement
• the main set objectives are: to improve the quality of preventive maintenance to machines and other equipment, consistent checking and awareness of set measures in the field of risk prevention, with particular regard to manual work and means, storage of heavy objects, procedures for manual operation of transporting equipment in the most exposed areas, use of personal protective equipment, avoid leaking chemical substances, chemical and oil preparations
