IRCR Manufacturing is part of Industrial Solutions Sector and is a "CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE" for the final assembly and test of electro - mechanical equipment & systems.

We are committed to achieve these goals:

• to satisfy and delight our Customers through the quality of the products and services supplied to them with minimal number of claims
• defect elimination of shipped and/or purchased products and material with goal to reduce Total Cost of Quality
• to ensure Operational Excellence in all our processes and services
• to meet all our contractual and statutory obligations.

We will use our Quality Management System, based on ISO 9001: 2000 requirements, to ensure that best practice and a continual improvement approach is employed across the operation.

We will utilise procedures and disciplines that ensure effective operation of the Quality Management System, including mechanisms for detecting shortfalls and for stimulating process improvements.

Clearly skills and quality awareness training, as well as a the communication of responsibilities to all employees, are key parts of this process, as are the regular reviews of our performance to the goal.
