IRCR Manufacturing currently produces industrial screw-type
air compressor packages with integrated cooling, regulation and air conditioning. They range in power from 4 to 350 kW and working pressure of 7 to 14
barg. In addition, the company manufactures
small-sized piston-type compressors, with power output of 1.1 to 30kW and working pressure of 9 to 345
barg.

Compressors can be divided into three groups, based on their particular conception:
1. Non-lubricated screw-type compressors
2. Lubed screw-type compressors
3. Piston-type compressors
1. Non-lubricated screw-type compressors:
Sierra, power output of 37-300kW
In the Sierra-series compressors, the specially coated helical rotors are inter-timed by means of
precision gears so that they do not come into contact and as such need not be lubricated. These compressors are exclusively made in the two-stage state-of-the-art design, and are used in the applications where the customer requires a completely oil-free compressed air
or nitrogen.
2. Lubed screw-type compressors:
Unigy, power output 5,5-11kW
Pegasus, power output of 22-37kW
SSR, power output of 37-350kW
Nirvana, power output of 37-160kW
In these compressors, the male helical rotor drives the female. This
rotor contact requires continuous lubrication in order to reduce the friction,
seal the compression process and remove the heat. Upon customer's request, the compressors are manufactured both in the one-stage or two-stage designs.
3. Piston-type compressors
EURO, power output of 1,1-30kW
Conventional high-pressure compressors have better specific power than the screw-type compressors. The compressors are usually employed in non-industrial applications or wherever high pressure is required.
